Earn Miles

1 Skywards Mile for every US$1 spent during eligible* stays on both room rates (excluding service charges and taxes) and incidentals** like food, beverages, telephone calls and laundry charged to the hotel bill, at participating hotels and resorts.

Skywards members who have not paid the eligible* rate will not earn Miles on the room tariff. However, you will still earn Miles (1 Skywards Mile per US$ 1 spent) on incidentals** like food, beverages, telephone calls and laundry charged to the hotel bill, at participating hotels and resorts.

You will also earn 5,000 additional Skywards Miles if you stay at one or more participating hotels for a total of 15 or more nights during any calendar year, even if such stays are not under an eligible* rate.

*Eligible stay is a stay under an "eligible rate" viz., any published rate excluding:

  • airline, inter-company, employee discount rate or any complimentary, free, barter room
  • any stays in connection with frequent traveller awards, gift certificate or other awards or vouchers
  • government, group, specific promotion rates
  • tour operator and wholesale net tour rates or long stay rates
** Skywards Miles will not be awarded for conference related and third party services.


Exchanging Sirius Points for Skywards Miles

Skywards members who are also members of Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts' award-winning Sirius Programme now have a chance to exchange their Sirius Points for Skywards Miles.
Conversion rate:1 Sirius Point=5 Skywards Miles
Minimum:100 Sirius Points=500 Skywards Miles
Maximum:2,000 Sirius Points=10,000 Skywards Miles
