| General Flight Reward Rules |  | - Members must have sufficient Miles in their account to claim for a flight reward.
- Members may redeem a flight reward for themselves,or for anyone else they choose.
- All taxes , duties or other liablities, including airport or government taxes , are the responsibility of the member and must be paid prior to the issuance of the reward. Payments are only accepted via Cash or Credit Card.
- Members must ensure that they have the correct visas, travel documents and innoculations (including those for infants) to travel on a reward ticket.
- When requesting a reward via a service centre , members may be required to complete a Reward Authorization form and supply a copy of their passport.
- Reward tickets must be issued within 7 days from the date of booking. If departure date is within 7 days, immediate ticketing is required.
- Waitlisting is not allowed for reward travel.
- Rewards tickets cannot be used out of sequence.
- Reward tickets cannot be endorsed to a carrier other than that named on the ticket.
- All fees are non-refundable.

| Upgrade Rewards |  | - Upgrade Rewards are offered only on Emirates flights(excluding code share flights).
- Upgrade rewards may be taken for a single flight, a one-way leg, or a complete return journey.
- Only a single cabin upgrade is permissible e.g. Economy to Business Class, or Business to First Class. On Flights offering only Economy and First Class cabins, a double upgrade between Economy class and First class is permissible at twice the Miles.
- A member must hold a confirmed ticket prior to requesting a Miles upgrade.
- Upgrade reward requests must be made at least 6 hours prior to departure.
- Upgrades requested between 24 hrs. and 6 hrs. before departure will not be eligible for chauffeur drive or special meal services.
- Reward upgrades are eligible only on ticket documents that begin with 176 and are on flights marketed and operated by Emirates.
- Upgrades rewards may be requested for the same flight, on same date, as the confirmed ticket held by the member. Any changes to the base ticket must be made first, before processing an Upgrade Reward.
- Upgrade Rewards are only permitted on e-tickets.
- Infants accompanied by an adult are eligible for Upgrade Rewards at 10% of normal Skywards Miles. The Member and infant must redeem Miles for an Upgrade Reward together, in the same transaction.
- No cancellation fees applicable for un-utilised upgrades. However, expired miles will not be re-instated.
- Instant upgrades can be requested by Gold & Silver members at check-in at the Airport and on board for Emirates flights only. However, please note that these members are not eligible to avail chauffeur drive services or place special meal requests. Terms and conditions apply.

| Partner Rewards |  | - On most partner reward tickets one stopover, plus point of turnaround is allowed. Request to please check at time of booking.
- Reward flights on partner airlines must be booked and ticketed at least seven days prior to departure. Once flights are ticketed, only date changes permitted.
- Rush award fess for booking of USD50 applies for partner rewards booked within 7days. USD75 applies for booking within 24Hrs.
- For cancellation of un-utilised non-airline partner rewards a fee of USD50 applies. However, expired miles are not re-instated. Please note the following rewards cannot be cancelled once the Miles have been redeemed; Raffle Rewards, Donation of Miles, Skywards Gift Vouchers and e-gate card request.
- Some airline and partner rewards cannot be redeemed more than six months in advance due to scheduling.
- Miles may be redeemed for Rewards at any time while they are valid, subject to availability and applicable conditions as set out by Service Partners.
- Leisure partners reward cancellations must be done 72 hours prior to confirmed booking date. Miles are not refundable for cancellations within 72 hours of confirmed booking date.
- All Fees are non-refundable.
