Terms and Conditions

  1. Skywards Gift Voucher is valid in the UAE only.
  2. Voucher is valid for one year from date of request.
  3. If the product chosen is of lesser value than the voucher, no cash refunds will be allowed.
  4. Members cannot accrue Skywards Miles on the value of this Gift Voucher or any additional payments made towards the same.
  5. Members can add cash to the voucher value if they would like to purchase an item of a higher value. This can only be done at the partner's outlet and will not be handled by Skywards.
  6. This voucher cannot be replaced if lost or damaged.
  7. Unlimited number of vouchers may be redeemed for partial or full payment of products/services.
  8. Miles will not be refunded once the request is submitted.
  9. Not redeemable in conjunction with other offers, promotions, discount card or loyalty programme.
  10. The Skywards Gift Voucher cannot be utilised at any Duty Free shops.
