The promotion set out below (''Promotion'') is brought to you by Skywards, a division of Emirates, whose principal place of business is at Emirates Group Headquarters, P.O. Box 686, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (''Skywards'').

By participating in the Promotion you agree, on behalf of yourself and any participating Skysurfer under your legal guardianship, to be bound by these terms and conditions (''Rules'').

Participation in this Promotion is void in any country in which it is prohibited or otherwise rendered void by any applicable law or regulation. By inviting you to participate in the Promotion, Skywards makes no representation or warranty that the Promotion is permitted by law in any given country.

The Rules

1. The Promotion is open to all Skywards Members and Skysurfers who redeem at least 2,500 Skywards Miles in any calendar month (''Qualifying Entrants''). Members of Skywards Family Bonus Programme are not entitled to participate in the Promotion.
2. Qualifying Entrants will receive one Raffle Reward for every 2,500 Skywards Miles they redeem in any calendar month. Each Raffle Reward equates to one chance to win 2 Business Class return tickets (''Prize Tickets'') in the Skywards Mileage Expiry Raffle Draw (''Draw'').
3. Draws will be held at 13:00 hrs Dubai local time on the 8th (or next following business day) of each month in the Skywards Office at Emirates Group Headquarters, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
4. The winner will be notified by email on the address provided in his/her Skywards membership profile and must respond within one week of the date of the message, failing which Skywards will be entitled to draw another winner.
5. Skywards Members must adhere to the Skywards Programme Rules in order to remain eligible for this Promotion.
6. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules or the conduct, results and all other matters relating to the Promotion, Skywards' decision will be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.

1. Prize Tickets are valid for return Business Class travel on Emirates' services only from the winner's closest airport served by Emirates to any other destination on the Emirates' network. Travel to/from the closest city served by Emirates is not included, and will be at winners' expense.
2. Prize Tickets will be issued only to the winner and a chosen companion and are subject to availability of flights at the time of booking. The winner and companion must travel together on all flights.
3. Prize Tickets must be issued within 90 days from the date the Member has been informed that he/she has won them and are valid for one year from the date of issue.
4. Prize Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-endorseable, non-transferable and non-refundable. Only one stopover is permitted for the entire journey. Change of destination is not permitted. Skywards Miles cannot be claimed in connection with utilizing the Prize Tickets.
5. Transfers, airline taxes and surcharges, hotel accommodation, travel insurance, visas and any other incidental costs and expenses in connection with utilizing the Prize Tickets are not included.
6. Prize Tickets are subject to Emirates General Conditions of Carriage and all other applicable laws and regulations.

Advertising

Skywards reserves the right to publish the winner's name on its website and in regional and/or international press. Subject to prior written consent, Emirates may also utilize photographs of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes.

1. Information you provide or that is obtained by Emirates under this Promotion will be used by Emirates to enable it to review, develop and improve the services it offers and provide Qualifying Entrants and other customers with (via mail, email telephone or otherwise). Governing Law

Any Rules which are held to be invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall whenever allowed by the context be deemed to be replaced by valid and enforceable terms and conditions whose contents are as close as permissible to those of the invalid or unenforceable Rules.

These Rules are governed by the laws of and applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
